Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and life happens. In order to provide the best service, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled service will incur a fee if 25% of the service cost. This fee helps us manage our schedule and compensate for the lost time. No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will also be charged 25% of the service cost. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the balance of the service cost. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
